ESPACE PLOMBERIUM and American Standard, GROHE, and DXV – Part of LIXIL are proud to present a contest for you, interior designers! Where one winner will be selected. To participate, you must submit a 3d plan of a makeover according to the given plan of our suite and the criteria.
JURY
The Winning Interior Designer Will Be Selected By A Jury Made Up Of The Lixil Team, Espace Plomberium And Camille Charland Perez.
She is the head of Salt+Pepper co., an interior design firm specializing in major renovations and new construction. Her work has been published in various media, in addition to several collaborations and two TV shows on CASA and TVA. Additionally, the Lixil team will be composed of Parniian Frozan, oversees all brand marketing activations for American Standard including social media, digital marketing and public relations, Sally Hubert, marketing leader for both GROHE & DXV brands, as well as Jean-Jacques L’Henaff, Global Design Leader for LIXIL Americas.
PRIZES
A TRIP
The winner will be offered a 4-day/3-night stay in New York accompanied by the person of their choice as well as members of the LIXIL and ESPACE PLOMBERIUM team in the spring of 2023*.
The trip includes:
- Flights for 2 people
- VIP tour of the new LIXIL showrooms
- 3 nights at the hotel in double occupancy
- Several activities and meals.
*The total value of the trip is $2500.

THE REALIZATION OF YOUR DESIGN
The winning design will be recreated in our store in Saint-Jérôme! You will work closely with ESPACE PLOMBERIUM to carry out the project.
A mention of your expertise and company will be displayed in the suite you have designed and your project will appear in posts and ads through ESPACE PLOMBERIUM’s social networks and more.

Submit your makeover proposal for one of our suites before November 18 2022
Evaluation criterias:
- Establish the design plan for our suite using the plan provided.
- American Standard, GROHE or DXV products must be included. The shower base and/or bath can be from American Standard or another brand. Here are the details of each products (make sure to use the Canadian version of the Website to have the right products) : specifications.
- The plan must have a vanity, shower, sink, faucet, toilet and accessories.
- The result must be trendy, realistic and ergonomic, as it will serve as inspiration for customers in the store.

Other obligations for the participants:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a vaccination passport (two doses of COVID-19 vaccine) and a valid passport.
